Admission Requirements
Preschool (Nursery, Pre-KG, and KG)
Parents or legal guardians are required to schedule a meeting with the Preschool Principal prior to admission.
Required documents:
- Nursery: A copy of the child’s birth certificate or passport.
- Pre-KG and KG: A copy of the child’s birth certificate or passport, along with academic records from the student’s previous school.
Elementary and Secondary
Applicants are required to complete a placement assessment before admission. The assessment is designed to determine each student’s academic readiness and covers:
- Reading Comprehension
- Writing
- English Grammar
- Mathematics
There is no fee for the placement assessment.
On the day of the assessment, applicants should bring:
- Their most recent report card (original and a copy)
- A copy of their passport or household registration (census record)
- Applicants for Grade 9 and above must also submit an official transcript from their current school.
Students who meet the school’s admission requirements will be offered enrollment at AIS. Applicants who are not offered admission are welcome to reapply and retake the placement assessment after one year.
